Make your PRSA Western District Conference Iconic in Las Vegas!

COVID-19 Updates

At this time, our Las Vegas Valley Chapter Host Committee and our Western District Board of Directors remain committed to bringing together a high-quality professional development conference and will be moving forward with our plans for in-person attendance.

Our top priority remains the health, safety and wellness of all conference participants. The PRSA Western District and our Las Vegas host committee continue to monitor, follow and adapt to the evolving COVID-19 data and guidance from the CDC and other local, state and federal health authorities. We are working closely with the team at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees and we are confident that with the cooperation of all conference participants, we will be able to safely host our conference as scheduled.

In accordance with local and state mandates, recommendations from the CDC and the policies and procedures of our host hotel, all conference attendees and speakers will be required to wear a face covering while indoors at the conference. Further, all conference attendees and speakers will also be required to show either proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative coronavirus PCR test dated within 72 hours at conference check-in.

Click here to order a free, at-home COVID-19 PCR test kit from pixel by Labcorp. To be eligible for the free test, select the “Congregate Setting” option that indicates working “in a place where people reside, meet, or gather in close proximity,” such as an office building or workplace.

For those who are currently registered for the conference and for those who are interested and considering attending, we understand that each person’s situation is different and we encourage you to make the best decision that is right for you. While refunds are not available at this time because of contractual obligations with our conference partners, you may choose to transfer an existing registration to another person if requested on or before September 18, 2021, by emailing finance@prsalasvegas.com.

Thank you for your continued patience and support as our PRSA Western District continues our steadfast focus on providing a valuable professional development experience for our members.
